Riding courses

I like the possibility of modern Teknik! I am now collecting material for these TEMA courses.
When you attending  the course below, you will get an introduction to the content and practical examples of the classes. You can come here with your horse  or borrow a school horse from the farm to work in praxis.
 You can also make it online via zoom or video from your home stable. Just perfect design for timesaving and the benefit of your horse! Less stress with everything!

Seat program 1

A program designed to detox old habits, restore balance, and help you finding your "home seat" - your balanced, neutral position. 
Minimum no. of lessons: 3
In this course you need to have someone to lunge you. 

Seat program 2

In this program you learn to feel the movements, and to trust your feeling. You learn to feel what movements belongs to you and what belongs to the horse, and what effect your seat has on the horse.

In this course you need to have someone to lunge you. ​

Seat program 3

In this program you learn the hand aids - the indirect and direct rein. You learn to hold four reins, and to change the lead.

Seat program 4

In this program you learn the leg aids - the upper leg, lower leg, hip, contact with the horse's hind legs, open and closed seat.

In this program you learn to shape the horse in between your aids. We work with lateral movement and shaping inbetween lateral aids.

Squire level program (walk)

Practicing the Squire level program of the Knighthood of the Academic art of Riding in walk. The program includes: school halt, straight lines, shoulder in, quarter in, travers, piruette and renvers.

Squire level program (trot)

Practicing the Squire level program of the Knighthood of the Academic art of Riding in trot. The program includes: school halt, straight lines, shoulder in, quarter in, travers, piruette, renvers and canter on a circle. 
Minimum no.of lessons: 4

Outdoor riding

Safety and different seating positions in walk, trot and canter. Climbing and riding through water.
