Continue breathing gently, allowing yourself to sink into this moment. 3️⃣ Travel Back in Time Now, let your mind drift back—searching for a time when you felt completely at peace. A moment where everything felt just right—where you felt whole, safe, and fully connected to yourself and the world around you. Don’t force it. Just let the memory come to you naturally. 4️⃣ Visualize the Memory As the memory comes into focus, gently explore the details: ✨ Where are you? ✨ What are you doing? ✨ What sounds, smells, and sensations surround you? Let the picture become clearer, as if you are stepping back into that exact moment. 5️⃣ Focus on the Feeling Now, instead of focusing on the details, shift your attention to how you feel in this memory. Let that feeling expand—fill your whole being. ✨ What does it feel like to be in this moment? ✨ What is present inside of you when you are here? Stay in this feeling for a little while.
