 Exercise 5 Titanic or Flying Indian

Well done so far!
Today, you probably feel a bit more confident in your balance and are ready for the last challenge!
The importance of this exercise is that you dare to press your pelvic forward ower the front gallery of your saddle, from stabilising your lower back and buttocks. It creates a good fundament for later stretching out your upper body in a great flex! Good Luck!
