Pause when needed, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to settle into this new sense of balance and awareness. 🎯 Prepare & Flow Before starting, take a moment to acknowledge your presence--you are here, now. Move through each exercise three times, with intentional moments to soften into the saddle in between.
