🌱 And most importantly: curiosity and a willingness to explore your own body!
No horse is needed for this Foundation Course.
We start together on September 15 at 18:30 CET.
Welcome to six weeks of exploring your balance, awareness and seat – one step at a time.
ALREADY TAKEN GROUNDED SEAT BEFORE?
If you have purchased and completed the Grounded Seat Foundation Course in the past, you are warmly welcome to join us again!
There is so much value in returning to the exercises with the body you have today. You may notice completely different things, find new details and deepen what you already know.
It is also a wonderful opportunity to refresh and update your body awareness before taking the next step:
🐴 GROUNDED SEAT – WITH YOUR HORSE
The Continuation Course starts on Tuesday, October 27 at 18:30 CET.
Here we take what you have explored on Steady Freddy and bring it into the living conversation with your horse.
So if you have taken Grounded Seat before, come and join us again for these six weeks — refresh your body, revisit the exercises and prepare yourself for the next chapter.
First, explore yourself.
Then invite your horse into the conversation. 🌿🐴
