Practical Information – Grounded Seat STAAR-Rider Group
🔹 The course will be accessible here at the webpage
🔹 You will need your Steady Freddy and a small space to walk around for some of the exercises.
🔹 The training will take approximately 10-30 minutes daily 
🔹 We will meet every Tuesday for 6 weeks at 20:00 CET for group discussions and reflections.

Are you eager to study with a group and find inspiration from others? Join me and a community of like-minded riders for an intensive six-week online course designed to deeply explore and refine the rider's seat. This course will uplift your entire body – legs, pelvis, upper body, hands, and mind!


My phenomenal online program will guide you through every aspect of your body with kindness and gratitude. It is perfect for those with one or more horses who have been riding for several years and are committed to developing their skills in a supportive and positive environment. You will enhance your communication with your horse and gain lasting, meaningful education.


Weekly Group Calls: To accommodate different schedules, the weekly group calls will take place on Tuesdays at 20:00 Stockholm time via a Zoom link.
