🥚 Dear Rider, Embrace the Egg
As you practice the exercise "Embrace the Egg," approach it with a clear inner picture and a willingness to let go of doubt. ✨ Imagine your legs as soft yet precise guides, shaping your horse’s ribcage as if gently holding a delicate eggbetween your inner and outer legs. With this image in mind, explore the subtle possibilities of rotation and turning. Trust that even the smallest or most subtle feeling is just as it should be. 💡 More is not better—it’s enough to simply imagine and notice. The movement will appear within you when the time is right. 🌊 Move with Trust & Confidence This exercise is an opportunity to trust in your vision rather than force. Your legs become expressions of your inner picture, guiding your horse with quiet precision. 💛 Carry an attitude of kindness and gratitude. Let go of the fear of "getting it wrong" and focus on the feeling of connection. When you practice with gentle intention and mindful awareness, you open the door to deeper understanding. Your horse will mirror this inner calm, responding to the delicate, focused energy you bring. ✨ Embrace this journey with an open heart and let the experience transform both you and your riding. With warmth and encouragement, Hanna 😊 |

Such a wonderful and soothing exercise above! Now, the next step is to anchor your own core point into your horse’s core point. And what better image to visualize this than an egg?
Feel how gently you soften your ego and melt your balance point down into the "egg yolk"—the horse’s balance point. From this place, you begin a quiet conversation with your horse, moving together from a space of deep connection. As you imagine equal weight on all four of the horse’s legs in every movement you ask for, notice: Are you truly in the horse’s center of gravity? And if so, who decides to stay there—or to escape the connection? You, or the horse? Or can you both choose to remain present together? Mmm… interesting! Exercise Now, while you are so relaxed, take a moment to visualize yourself melting your balance point into the horse’s chest—like an egg, entering its very core, the yolk itself. Let the delicate nature of the egg guide you towards offering the slightest suggestion through your upper thighs, shaping the form of the yolk with subtle intention. ✨ Enjoy this experience, and best of luck! ✨ 🏇 How Was Your Dry-Ride?
