Preparation Before Starting the First Exercise: "Standing"
✅ Check Your Stirrups! Make sure your stirrups are short enough—I usually recommend shortening them 4–5 holes up from your regular length. When standing, your knees should still have a slight bend. This will challenge your balance while helping you find a more aligned posture over your joints. 💡 Keep This Length! The same shortened stirrup length will be ideal for all upcoming exercises, so once adjusted, keep them as they are! ✨ Good Luck! ✨ Example of how the "standing exersise can look like"
