Before you begin, take a moment to recall the image, feeling, or sense of peace that you connected with in the Emotional Core exercise. Let that state of mind be your foundation for today’s practice.
🌿 Step into your new self
This is about becoming the rider—and person—you want to be. Pause whenever you need to, reconnect with that inner sense of peace, and carry it with you into the session.
🎯 Ground yourself before and after
Before starting, take a moment to greet your body and acknowledge that you are present, here and now. Each exercise is done three times, with time to relax into the saddle in between. Feel free to pause the video if you need extra time.

After dismounting from Freddy, take a few soft steps to find your balance on the ground again. Your focus has been on fine-tuning your balance in the saddle, so it’s important to reconnect with your feet before moving on. You might notice a new feeling in your body—if so, I’d love to hear about it in the Community!
