What is Your Pelvis size? Two Ways to Connect with Your Pelvis!
Here are two different ways to get more in touch with your pelvis! 1️⃣ A video demonstration showing how to explore your pelvis while sitting on a chair, Ylvie Fros. 2️⃣ My own suggestion – "Bake and Investigate"! Whichever method you choose, it will increase your awareness of your pelvis—and that’s the key here! Understanding your individual size can make a huge difference when it comes to how the saddle needs to be shared for the best fit for you. It also helps you develop a better feel for your seat rail and seat bones. Now, have some fun with this exercise! And later, I’d love to see your pelvis pictures and read about your size! 😊 Video 10.38 min - from my college Ylvie Fros |
Discover Your Seat Bones – A Childhood-Inspired Method!
The second way to explore your seat bones is inspired by my childhood—when we would simply make our own mud-free clay! Here’s the recipe I remember:
🥄 2 parts flour 💧 1 part water 🧂 1 part salt 🛢 ¼ part oil I simply made this mud-free clay, sat on it, and let it reveal the shape of my seat bones! 😉 Check out this video to see how it works! 🎥 Video 2.45 min Post Your Insights in Your Community!
Once you’ve explored and experimented, take a moment to share your reflections in your community. 📸 Post a picture of your pelvis model or notes 📝 Describe your size and what you discovered Your insights might inspire others and help deepen the learning experience for everyone! 😊 |
