Legs – Dry-Riding Meditations
-In this part of the course, we will explore four longer, practical dry-riding meditations that we do together. These sessions are designed to help you refine your seat by deeply tuning into your body while sitting in your saddle—without the influence of the horse. My recommendation is to take your time and divide these meditations over four days, watching one video per day to fully absorb the experience. Bring your inner sense of your emotional core, and use the saddle that you have found to be the most comfortable—the one that allows you the best balance and freedom of movement in your hip joints. In these lessons, you will be mounted on your Steady Freddy, following along with me in the guided video sessions.
