Seat Program 1 - is focusing on the body of the rider.
Seat Program 2 - is for feeling and listening to your horse.
In Seat Program 2 we work with:
Discovering your inner “body map” - how you are walking the ground, standing on your own feet
Discovering the “body map” of your horse, in this very moment
Improving balance and equalness of the point of weight - while walking on the ground yourself
Getting deeper into the “natural unstraightness” in all the separate parts of the horse - by feeling it through your seat
Boosting confidence in feeling with your seat
Becoming more balanced and connected with your horse
Learning how two bodys are communicating with their native body language
Better understanding of how to eliminate fear and tension - in you and in your horse
Integrating “feeling" as a tool for making better decisions and giving aids
Becoming more supple and soft while riding
Becoming much more happy and satisfied!
M1 L1 What will I achieve?
You will understand and become more aware of the natural unstraightness in your body’s right and left side.
Realise that there is no right and wrong but only your body acting in a certain way in this specific moment.
You will let go of the constant thinking process – being curious and observant without judging yourself.
You will make the experience of your body system working towards balance and “correcting” your movement without your brain’s active influence.
M1L2 What will I achieve?
You will adjust your movement towards a straighter and more balanced experience.
Your brain and subconscious mind will develop a better movement pattern in your daily life.
You will also take your results on top of your horse and develop a better understanding of how the horse’s body works on a circle.

M2L2 What will I achieve?
You will achieve a good routine of how to handle sense of unbalanced movements
You will achieve ability to scan “the horse body map” and make changes within your own seat. o You will achieve calmness and deeper communication in-between your two bodies.
You will know what the expression “equestrian sense” means.
Knowing how to handle if the horse says YES - I will follow your better example, or NO - I will not become better in my posture, even if the rider was better placed
